Data Sharing & the "Specialist-First" Flow

We share data within our collaborative marketplace only as needed to serve you:

Lead Handoffs: When you express interest in a builder, neighborhood, or listing, your contact information is shared with that professional only.
Agent Oversight: Your designated Realtor receives relevant updates about your activity to maintain proper advocacy throughout your journey.
Zero Third-Party Selling: No personal data is ever sold to general marketing firms. Data is shared exclusively within the Hoodle Cornerstone Network.

Security & The Hoodle Elite™ Standard

Your data security is treated as a first-class concern across every layer of our platform.

Industry-Leading Encryption: All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards.
Verified & Trusted Partners: All professionals on Hoodle must maintain "Verified & Trusted" status, including compliance with our data privacy standards.

You are in control of your data. Hoodle provides full transparency and self-service data management.

Delete Your Data: Request full deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@hoodle.com. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
Communication Preferences: Manage email notifications, SMS alerts, and marketing preferences from your dashboard at any time.
