II. Professional Standards for Hoodle Elite™ Realtors
Fiduciary Priority: Place the buyer's interests above all else.
Contractual Transparency: Educate buyers on new construction contracts, escalation clauses, deposits, and timelines.
Site Protocol Excellence: Respect builder site safety and the Blue Tape Protocol.
Intellectual Integrity: Provide evidence-based guidance using Hoodle training and data.
III. Professional Standards for Hoodle Elite™ Builders
Operational Integrity: Provide accurate, real-time updates on availability, pricing, and timelines.
Quality Guarantee: Deliver homes that meet or exceed promised specifications.
Advocacy Respect: Facilitate Realtor access to protect the mutual client.
IV. Professional Standards for Lenders & Vendors
Disclosure & Honesty: Disclose affiliate relationships or incentives.
Specialized Expertise: Maintain new-construction financing and service expertise.
Timeline Accountability: Coordinate precisely with the build cycle.
V. The Hoodle Elite™ Badge of Trust
The "Verified & Trusted" status is a privilege. Hoodle may audit or remove any partner who fails to adhere to this Code of Ethics.
